What drink options are included in my cruise fare?As part of the Included Dining experience, non-bottled beverages (i.e. coffee, juices, tea) are provided without charge. All bottled and alcoholic beverages are not included in your cruise fare. Beverage Packages will also be available for purchase in “My NCL” starting at 60 days prior to the cruise. You will receive your Norwegian Cruise Line booking number and more information closer to that time. Are Wi-Fi Packages available for purchase?Norwegian Cruise Line offers Wi-Fi Packages to our guests, which will be available for purchase starting at 60 days prior to the cruise via Norwegian’s “My NCL” platform. How would I book an excursion?Excursions at each Port are managed by Norwegian Cruise Line and can be booked directly through them via their “My NCL” platform (starting at 60 days prior to the cruise), or onboard the ship at their Shore Excursions Desk. Which dining options are included in my cruise fare and which are not?Aboard the Norwegian Pearl, you have a variety of restaurants to choose from that are included at no additional cost as part of your cruise reservation. Room Service is available 24 hours a day throughout the cruise. A $4.95 Room Service breakfast service fee applies to all breakfast orders. A $9.95 Room Service convenience charge applies for all other orders. These charges do not apply to guests staying in The Haven or Suites with butler service. Are reservations for dinner required?It depends on the restaurant you choose. Reservations are not required for complimentary dining (i.e., The Garden Café, The Great Outdoors, & Summer Palace). Both restaurants offer open seating that provides an ample dining space for our guests. Guests that choose to dine at one of the Specialty Restaurants are encouraged to make reservations through Norwegian once you have your Norwegian Cruise Line Reservation Number. What items are prohibited onboard the ship?The following items are prohibited onboard the Norwegian Pearl: Items with heating elements or open flames (i.e., clothing irons, hotplates, candles, incense), drones, all forms of marijuana including medicinal, drugs or other illegal substances, weapons, and explosives or other dangerous items. Curling irons/hair straighteners and hair dryers are allowed. Can I bring beverages on board the ship?Guests are prohibited from bringing any beverages including liquor, beer, and non-alcoholic drinks such as water, soda and juices on board either as carry-on or checked luggage. Guests may bring bottles of wine and champagne on board. When bottles are brought on board and served or consumed in any restaurant, public room/area or in their stateroom, a corkage fee will be charged according to bottle sizes noted below. No limit on how many bottles guests can bring. Corkage Fee per bottle: $15.00 USD 750 ml bottle Wines that are not purchased through Norwegian Cruise Line are subject to the corkage fee including wine sent directly to the Ship by Travel Agents, friends, family, from another source, etc. At check-in, the bottle will be stickered and given to the guest to carry onboard. The corkage fee will be charged to the guest’s onboard account. Wines that come in boxes are not allowed onboard. No refunds are permitted for corkage fees. |
