Jazz Cruises highly recommends that guests arrive the day before embarkation in order to alleviate stress from any potential travel delays or issues. Though many of our guests stay that night in the Miami area with friends and family, most secure hotel accommodations.

Ground Transportation from Hotel to the Pier on Embarkation Day
Regardless of where you stay the night before embarkation, you may elect to purchase Jazz Cruises exclusive coach transportation to the pier on Embarkation Day. The coaches will leave from the Hilton Miami Airport Blue Lagoon at designated times with the goal of having guests arrive at the pier no later than 1:00pm.
Your luggage will be loaded onto the motorcoach by our team and you will be assisted at the pier by the cruise line porters. No tips or lifting necessary! Coach transportation from the Hilton Miami Airport Blue Lagoon to the pier costs $30/person, with advanced reservation required by Friday, February 2, 2024 or until space is fully reserved. Ground Transportation is limited and on a first come, first served basis. Guests may register for the Pier Transfer now by completing the Transportation Form.
You will receive an email confirmation with further instructions regarding this transfer approximately 15 days prior to the cruise. The fee will be added to your account under your reservation.
Please note: Jazz Cruises’ ground transportation is offered on embarkation day only. If you would like to purchase ground transportation for your disembarkation day from the port to the airport, Norwegian Cruise Line offers shuttle services that you may purchase once reservation numbers are distributed in the coming months.
Complimentary Ground Transportation from Select Florida Cities
Jazz Cruises is providing complimentary round-trip coach transportation originating in Tampa and The Villages.
The Tampa transport includes stops in Sarasota and Naples. This route is fully reserved, but you can join the waitlist by registering here. If a sufficient number of guests join, another coach may be added to the program.
The Villages includes stops in Orlando and West Palm Beach. A limited number of seats are available, please be sure to register here. More details on timing and location of the pick-up will be forthcoming.
